Xchurch Music Festival
Join us for an unforgettable weekend of live music, great food, and entertainment for all ages.

We’re so excited to welcome you for a weekend of amazing live music, local food, family fun, and good vibes all round.

Before you arrive, we’ve pulled together some handy FAQs so you know exactly what to expect. Give this a quick read (and feel free to forward it to your festival crew):

Festival Opening Times

·         Friday 18th July: Gates open 4pm – 11pm

·         Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th July: Gates open 11am – 11pm

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No outside food or drink is allowed into the festival. But don’t worry – we’ve got fully stocked bars and a cracking lineup of food traders to keep you fuelled all weekend. Got specific dietary requirements? Just speak to the vendors or drop us a message in advance.

Parking Info

There’s no parking on-site, but plenty of local options around Christchurch – try Mayors Mead or Wick Lane. We recommend walking, using public transport, or hopping on the Wick Ferry if you’re coming from across the river!

Can I bring chairs or blankets?

Absolutely – folding chairs, picnic blankets and trolleys are all welcome. Make yourselves comfy and enjoy the tunes.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes – well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Just be mindful of crowds and noise, and please clean up after them.

Bringing the kids?

You bet! Xchurch is a family-friendly festival with a dedicated KidZone run by The Dorset Children’s Foundation, funfair rides, and entertainment for all ages. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a cash machine?

There’s no ATM on-site, but most traders take card. We recommend bringing some cash just in case – phone signal can be patchy on the Quay.

Can I come and go during the day?

Yes – you’ll get a wristband on entry which lets you leave and return the same day (or all weekend, depending on your ticket).

First Aid

Our fully qualified first aiders will be on-site all weekend – just flag down a steward if you need help.

What if it rains?

The show must go on! We’re a rain-or-shine event – check the forecast and dress for the weather.

Still need tickets?

Tell your mates: tickets are still available at www.xchurchmusicfestival.co.uk – and it’s cheaper to book online than on the gate!

That’s everything you need to know for now – we can’t wait to see you there for an unforgettable weekend of live music and local fun.
